The W hotel (Rosa Del Vents, 1) is finalizing the details for the opening in mid-July of Noxe, a new and versatile space that will include a restaurant, cocktail bar and nightclub. This will be located on the 26th floor of the hotel, which was previously occupied by the Eclipse bar, with impressive views of the city and a gastronomic offer focused on Japan.
It will be the Japanese chef Azumasong who signs the proposal, omakase style. In it there will be tempuras, roasted on the grill, sushi, sashimi or cuts of meat faithful to the traditional recipe book. Some signature dishes will also be served, such as nanbanzuke salmon (pickled with sweet and sour vegetables in sake with ginger and chilli) or the Noxe Katsusando sandwich.
The cocktail bar, which will occupy two of the bars of the new premises, redesigned by the London interior design studio Black Sheep, will also be inspired by Japan.
Noxe will only open at night and will have a complete weekly musical program with national and international DJs.
