Along with innovation, the search for excellence and environmental commitment, the passion for art and design are the hallmarks of Lexus, which since its creation in 1989 has always been a benchmark in the luxury market. Within the framework of its firm commitment to art and contemporary creation, the Japanese brand will embark on “Lexus Art Week” these days, with a series of avant-garde actions that will take it far beyond automotive.

Thus, for the fifth consecutive year it will be a partner of ARCOmadrid as the official vehicle of the fair, and will once again have an exhibition space, as if it were just another gallery owner. In this, the impressive artistic intervention that, on an RX, has won the consolidated Lexus Art Car 2023 contest will be shown for the first time and will remain on display to the public throughout the fair. During the event, the brand will also make a large display of its fleet of hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric luxury cars, to transport guests to the fair. All vehicles used have the renowned Lexus Electrified technology. In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, it will present the Lexus Award to the gallery with the best stand and artistic content.

Another commitment by Lexus Spain to art and design will take place at the 19th edition of Art Madrid. It will bring together around 40 national and international galleries that will provide a current and fresh vision of the world art scene, which will take place from March 6 to 10, 2024 in the Crystal Gallery of the Cibeles Palace and of which it will be a sponsor for the first time. An unmissable event with contemporary art in which around 40 galleries participate and which each year has a greater international presence and attracts a greater number of visitors.

Within the framework of this event, Lexus has set itself a challenge: to sell a unique vehicle, a single NX unit intervened by the creative collective Casa Antillón, as a work of art that can only be purchased at Art Madrid.

Lexus Spain’s sponsorships also include the UVNT Art Fair, which celebrates its eighth edition from March 7 to 10, once again becoming a space to explore the freshest languages, integrate aesthetic codes and find new trends. Under this premise, the firm has made the new LBX available to emerging artist Sergio Mora, a small urban SUV aimed at connecting with a younger audience. The car will be presented in a box, like a collector’s item, and will be on display for the entire public who visits UVNT Art Fair during these days that will turn Madrid into the world capital of contemporary art.
