In this video Professor Pablo Foncillas delves into the search for happiness. For many it is related to success, or at least they experience that comparable euphoria when they achieve it. A big problem. “These people are part of a cycle of addiction, in which they need more and more successes because they don’t perceive the satisfaction of each small achievement,” says the researcher.
“It sounds like a cliché, but happiness is not in money or in having a high status. Happiness is found when you change the way you look for it. If we can learn to feel dissatisfied, we should also learn to feel satisfied when we achieve a goal”, continues the professor.
It is possible that everything can be summed up in a small change. Foncillas reveals it in the video. Will you take it into account?
