Last Friday morning, the sad news of the death of Marta Chávarri came to light. The former Marquise de Cubas was found dead at the age of 62 at her home in Madrid. The death of the socialite has been a hard blow for the entire family, especially for her only son, Álvaro Falcó, the result of her marriage to the late Fernando Falcó. Chávarri bought in February 2009 a spectacular 145-square-meter penthouse in one of the most prominent streets of the Madrid neighborhood. The penthouse consists, according to the property registry documents to which Vanitatis has accessed, of nine rooms, hall, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, hallway and a terrace. A most spectacular apartment that allowed him to be close to all his loved ones, who mostly reside in the same neighborhood. On that same street, Marta bought a garage space.
In June 2019, Marta Chávarri invested in the real estate market again, this time with her sister Isabel. Together, they acquired premises on Calle Castelló, for offices with a surface area of ??118 square metres. The premises, which could have been used for rent, are 50% owned by each of the two sisters who invested in it, so Álvaro will keep half of this property.
To these three properties is added the one that the socialite received as an inheritance in June 2006. It is about 1,265% of the property, the same as her brothers María, Gonzalo and Isabel. The house is an apartment of almost 200 meters in Velázquez street. It also has access to the roof of the farm and a storage room in the basement.
