The Local Police of Benalmádena, Málaga, has rescued a man who was kidnapped inside a vehicle. As reported this Thursday by the Benalmádena City Council in a statement, the three alleged perpetrators of the events have been arrested in the intervention on Lapislázuli street.

The action occurred at dawn when a police patrol intercepted a suspiciously parked vehicle. It was a white BMW car that was blocking the exit of the victim’s car.

The victim, after being released, informed the agents that he had been kidnapped the day before, when he was forced to get into the vehicle where the three detainees were traveling. Likewise, the man claimed that the accused intimidated him and threatened him with firearms.

The Local Police are considering a possible settling of accounts as a motive for the kidnapping. In addition, it considers the three detainees alleged perpetrators of the crimes of illegal detention, threats, intimidation and aggression.
