The National Police have arrested in Jaén the woman who alerted with a note to a postman that she was being held, along with her 7-year-old daughter, by a man with whom she had sporadic relations and whom the agents are still looking for. The woman’s arrest occurred after 183 marijuana plants appeared in her home.
The National Police confirmed this Monday that the investigation remains open and new arrests are not ruled out in this case that took place on the 3rd in a house on Alegría Street, on the Jaén Castle ring road.
As reported by the Police, the events took place when the woman received a visit from an acquaintance of hers, with whom she had a relationship of sporadic sexual encounters. That same afternoon they began to argue, they both struggled and finally she went upstairs with her 7-year-old daughter, leaving him downstairs.
According to the police report, after a while she decided to leave the house, observing that the key was not in the lock and that she did not have her cell phone with her, so she decided to write a help note in which she asked that They will call their parents and not the police. She threw the note out the window and it was picked up by a postman who was working at the time.
The postman, always according to the information from the Police, provided it to a third person, this being the one who called the National Police. Several agents appeared at the victim’s home and although the woman did not want to assist them, citing the fact that nothing was happening, “they finally accessed the home, saving it from the perpetrator, who fled over the adjacent roofs,” the Police reported. .
Once inside the house, the police observed the existence of an ‘indoor’ marijuana plantation, “this being, presumably, the reason why he did not want to open the door to the officers,” according to a police spokeswoman.
The investigators of the narcotics group, after requesting an entry and search warrant that was granted by the judicial authority, seized 183 marijuana plants inside and detained the woman.
