The vials were refrigerated at the time of the theft, authorities said.
The suspect is thought to be a guy in his early 20s, authorities said. He is described as having mild skin and hair and was sporting a striped hoodie, authorities said.
The vehicle is a 2018 grey Hyundai Accent with Florida license plate NPJJ58, authorities said.
The automobile has been put on a”nationally alert,” authorities said.
Plant City is approximately 25 miles east of Tampa.
