The transition from dusk to dawn in Roses

I share in La Vanguardia Readers’ Photos this photograph taken during the sunset of a spring afternoon in Roses, in the Alt Empordà region.

It was on a gray and cloudy afternoon, with a sky that was raining at times. In the image we can see a curtain of precipitation that is partly colored, quite striking and that coincides just behind the small lighthouse of the breakwater in space and during the spotlight in time.

The candilazo is a meteorological phenomenon in which the clouds in the sky show a wide palette of colors that ranges from pink to the most intense orange.

A rainy afternoon that left us with a special image and that did not go unnoticed by the other people who were there.

On the other hand, in this other photograph of the completely luminous dawn, with the blue sky and the sun shining above the sea and the mountains, projecting its rays onto the waters of the Mediterranean.
