The Valencian Libertas 7, which is listed on the Spanish stock market and on the Continuous Market, has obtained a net result for the 2022 financial year of 1.5 million euros, exceeding that of 2021 by 23%. The business group has thus ended 2022 with a turnover of 11.5 million euros. The company assures that the improvement in profit is mainly focused on an “excellent tourist season” and on real estate deliveries.

And it is that the year 2022 has meant a record in the income obtained in the exploitation of the tourist complex Sea You Apartamentos Port Saplaya. In all months of the year, the comparable occupancy of 2019 (reference year for the tourism market) has been exceeded, reaching revenues of 1.6 million euros, which represents an increase of 25% compared to those obtained in 2019, and of the 61% compared to the year 2021.

In the Real Estate Area, the deed and delivery to clients of the Drassanes Building, located in the Grao de València, was carried out. FICSA, the group’s real estate brand, acquired three new plots in 2022, guaranteeing the growth of the Area’s turnover for future years. The first, in which the Gaia Building will be located, is located on Avenida Primado Reig de València.

The second development, Vesta Residencial, will be located in the expansion area of ??Puerto de Sagunto. And the third acquisition, at the end of the year, is land in San Antonio de Benagéber to promote 34 single-family homes. Work on the Paseo al Mar building, in the extension of Avenida Blasco Ibáñez, and the Residencial Zaïda, on Avenida Burjassot, both in Valencia, is scheduled to begin shortly. In 2023 we are proceeding with the delivery of the Crisálida Building located in the Jesús neighborhood of the city of Valencia.

Regarding the Investment Area, in a market environment in which the main indices accumulated significant corrections in 2022 (-19.5% S

“We are satisfied with the result for the 2022 financial year, mainly because we have laid the foundations for growth in our three business areas for future years,” said Agnès Noguera, CEO of Libertas 7.

For all these reasons, the Board of Directors has agreed to propose to the General Shareholders’ Meeting, which is expected to be held next May, the payment of a complementary dividend for the year of 1.5 cents per share to be added to the interim dividend for the year 2022 for the amount of 2 gross cents distributed in the month of November.
