The PP of Madrid celebrates its victory in the Community of Madrid with a banner located in an emblematic building in the capital with an image of President Isabel Díaz Ayuso, who revalidated her position with an absolute majority in the Madrid Assembly.

The phrase. On the canvas is the image of the president with her arm raised and only two words: “Thank you Madrid.”

The context. This political advertising poster responds somewhat to the idea of Podemos, which throughout the campaign has been placing different banners to attack the PP, such as that of the Cayetanos in the Salamanca neighborhood to mess with Almeida or that of Florentino Pérez and the mayor also throwing taunts at the PP of Madrid.

Although the poster that hurt Ayuso the most was in which a photograph of his brother appeared with a phrase by Pablo Casado on the subject of masks in which one could read: “The question is whether it is understandable that on April 1, when 700 people died in Spain, you can hire your brother and receive 286,000 euros of profit to sell masks.

The replica. The PP has copied the Podemos model because its logo does not appear on the front, but appears on the sides. On two posters, Podemos put its logo on the sides, but on the one of Ayuso’s brother, it clearly placed the PP’s logo on the front.

The echo. The Ayuso poster has become a trending topic on some social networks, such as Facebook, in which many citizens congratulated the president on her victory by an absolute majority in the Community of Madrid.
