The phenomenon of white rain clouds

It’s been a few days since storm clouds have been growing in Vic in the afternoon, like these ones that I captured for Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia on the new pedestrian bridge over the Méder river, in the historic area of Les Adoberies, near the Cathedral of Sant Pere and the Pont de Queralt.

I have to say that, from a wide-angle perspective and semi-backlit, the clouds stood out even looking inside the bridge.

I thought that I could dispense with color and leave the image in the beautiful white, accompanied by black and its range of grays. and this snapshot is the result of it.

The Adoberies neighborhood is a complex declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, which in these images appears framed by large clouds.

The Cathedral of Sant Pere is characterized by the fact that it goes through a large part of European architectural history in its different styles, from Romanesque to Neoclassical, going through full Gothic, late and Baroque.
