As reported by Cuatro and reported by the Europa Press agency, the head of the Central Court of Instruction number 5 has adopted this decision within the framework of a request for a precautionary measure that the audiovisual companies claimed to paralyze the activity of the messaging application while the investigation is carried out.
The investigating magistrate has chosen to order the blocking every time he requested information from the application and did not receive any response, according to the same sources consulted.
At the moment, Telegram remains operational, although the blocking ordered by the National Court is expected to occur in a few hours.
