Gipsy Chef visited Alimentaria, the large exhibition dedicated to the food industry held this week in Barcelona, ??which received more than 100,000 attendees. And, there, among hundreds of companies exhibiting their newest products, they have decided to create a recipe for the occasion. After visiting several exhibitors at the fair, where they offered him the ingredients he needed, the chef made one of his most surprising inventions: a sandwich made of panettone, torreznos, goat yogurt, extra virgin olive oil and piparras.
