Police from the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) of the Girona Police Region are investigating the violent death of a woman in Torroella de Montgrí (Girona).
Around 12:00 today the Mossos received the notice that a woman had been found without vital signs inside a vehicle on a street in said municipality.
Once the death was certified, the Girona Criminal Investigation Division took charge of the investigation to clarify the circumstances of the death, which points to signs of homicide. The judicial authority has decreed the secrecy of the records.
