The model, Vania Millán, becomes a mother at 45 years old and chooses this significant name for her daughter

Vania Millán and Julián Bayón are living one of the most special stages of their lives. The couple welcomed Vania, their first daughter, this afternoon around 7:00 p.m.

The model has shared a tender photo of the baby on her Instagram profile: “Welcome to our lives Vania Bayón Millán. With that strength that your name has, you have come to make us fall in love in an immense way ?? Immense love… I can’t define it more” the new mother has written on her networks.

The model disappeared from the networks after publishing an image of her last workout: “Today I think it will be the last days of pregnant training ???? I have to say that it has helped me a lot to feel better… ???? It’s true that I’ve had a good time pregnancy… but I have not been free of symptoms either… in the last month the fluid retention in my legs was already uncomfortable… Thank goodness it caught me in the summer because my shoes don’t fit! ????????????”, Vania wrote a few weeks ago.

And her pregnancy has been quite a challenge. The model has invested eight years of her life in becoming pregnant with her husband, the aesthetic doctor Julián Bayón, through fertility treatments. Although it has not been an easy task, the businesswoman has finally been able to fulfill her dream of expanding the family.

Last March, the couple announced that they were finally expecting their first baby together after a tedious in vitro fertilization process: “When you do IVF treatments, every pregnancy is a miracle. It is not that easy to get pregnant,” Millán assured, “The greatest weight of a treatment like this is the uncertainty.”

Luckily, the model was able to hold her first daughter today, whom she named Vania. The little girl, who has been named after her mother, has a most peculiar name.

Vania is a variant of Ivan, which is the newer form of the Slavic ‘Ioannu’. This name comes from the Greek ‘Ioannes’, meaning “gracious gift of God”. Likewise, it is a unisex name that is usually presented as a woman’s name, although in some Slavic cultures it is also a masculine name.
