Regarding the logistics and transformation of the space, De los Mozos argued that a “period of crisis” has passed to one “of opportunities” since, although the economic results prior to the pandemic were not achieved, the company billed 98 million euros in 2021, with a net profit of 100,000 euros.

“Ifema has not cost citizens money during this period. 18% of the turnover came from activities other than congresses and fairs; 11% came from digitization and 7% from the diversification of the business line”, he added.

The first edition of the congress will have more than 280 speakers, 30 sponsoring companies and a forecast of 14,000 visitors, 7,000 of them in person and the rest via “online”, with an outstanding attendance of the public
