The Investigative Court number 3 of Requena (Valencia), acting as guard, has agreed to release with precautionary measures of weekly appearance for the man detained in relation to the death of a woman in the municipality of Godelleta.
The man is being investigated in an open case for a crime of breach of sentence after the progress of the autopsy has found no evidence of a homicidal cause in the death, according to the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
The Government delegate in the Community, Pilar Bernabé, reported this Friday that it was the detainee who called 112 last Thursday to warn that the woman “did not respond” and that “it seemed like something was wrong with her.”
Agents from the Territorial Team of the Judicial Police of Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia) have taken charge of the investigation to clarify the facts.
