Thousands of people gathered this Friday at the fortieth edition of the Living Passion of Castro Urdiales, in which more than 700 actors, residents of the municipality, participated to bring to life the historical figures of the Via Crucis.
The representation, declared of National Tourist Interest, has toured emblematic places of the Cantabrian municipality such as the church of Santa María, the lighthouse or La Atalaya, the latter being the scene in which the crucifixion took place.
The main role, of Jesus of Nazareth, has been played in this edition by the castreño Imanol Vilella.
