The chief magistrate of the Investigative Court number 9 of Valencia has already authorized this Wednesday the delivery of the mortal remains of the ten victims to their relatives, as the TSJ explained in a statement.
After analyzing and identifying the bodies from the brutal fire that burned two adjacent buildings in Valencia, the judge has ordered the delivery of the remains, which allows the Civil Registry to issue the corresponding burial and cremation licenses for the celebration of the funeral services. , explained the same sources.
At the same time, the Government Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) has agreed this Wednesday to request support measures for the Investigative Court number 9 of Valencia, which is investigating the fire registered in the two buildings in the Campanar neighborhood in in which ten people have died.
Specifically, the Government Chamber of the Valencian High Court, chaired by Pilar de la Oliva, considers it appropriate to appoint a judge on secondment without relief from duties for a period of three months, a proposal that after the corresponding public offer will be submitted to the General Council of the Judiciary for approval.
Likewise, the TSJ has decided to request the General Directorate of Justice of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat Valenciana to adopt the necessary means and material resources and implement a reinforcement of the staff of court officials in order to expedite the procedure and attend to the multiple injured in the incident.
As this newspaper has explained, the scientific police believe that the fire started in the motor of the electric awning on the 86th floor on the eighth floor.
