Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have already finished their three-day royal tour of Nigeria. This visit took place hours after the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games in London, an event to which the Duke of Sussex attended without the actress, who met him at the London airport to begin the trip to Abuja.

During this trip, Markle has been happy about her Nigerian roots. “The first thing I did when I discovered my roots was call my mother to see if she was aware of it. It was very exciting to discover it. When I listen to you talk and I get to know what it means to be a Nigerian woman, I feel more and more flattered,” confessed the protagonist of Suits at one of the events.

Her looks have also caused people to talk, especially the first one she wore and which for many was a hint to her in-laws. Since she stopped being an active member of the British royal family, the businesswoman has barely had contact with King Charles III and her brothers-in-law, the Princes of Wales, so the choice of her first style did not leave anyone indifferent. .

Markle appeared radiant holding her husband’s hand in a powder pink design by Heidi Merrick. A piece that she had baptized as Windsor, a name that for many was no coincidence and that was a message to her political family, who is not going through the best of times.

The design, valued at 1,285 euros, had a round neck, a tiered skirt and geometric openings in the back area, which was exposed. She completed the look with vintage earrings from Lanvin, the Tank Françoise watch and Love bracelet from Cartier, and a diamond bracelet from Ariel Gordon.

A few months ago, Markle hired stylist Jamie Mizrahi to perfect her style that exudes quiet luxury. A work that has already been seen on this trip, where the actress has become the best ambassador of this lifestyle with outfits such as Altuzarra’s white tailored suit, with a fitted jacket (1,500 euros) and bootcut pants (670 euros ), which she wore with some Manolo Blahnik pumps.

Another of her standout looks was the Johanna Ortiz dress with a striking tropical print, cut out at the neckline and opening in the skirt. A design, costing 2,640 euros, that she wore with flat strappy sandals by Emme Parsons and XL coin-shaped earrings by Jennifer Meyer.

Meghan also shone at the inauguration of a rehabilitation center with a long sheath dress by St. Agni, with a strapless neckline and priced at 400 euros. For the occasion, she opted for an elegant updo.

Also a standout look was the ensemble consisting of a white shirt and a traditional Nigerian skirt that was a gift. A hand-woven piece that stood out for its blue stripes and high waist that stylized the actress’s figure, which she combined with gold sandals.

On this trip, the businesswoman has also recycled designs that were already in her closet, such as the yellow Carolina Herrera dress with which she announced her second pregnancy three years ago.
