By days of stay, the gastronomic visitor usually spends an average of 3 nights, almost two nights less than the average tourist; They stay mostly in a hotel (86.7%) that they contract mainly online with the company (42.0%), arrive by plane (71.7%) and travel around the municipality by taxi (59.7%). .
