Hopeless. That will be the next marital status of Prince Andrew of England and Duke of York. The details of his relationship with the prostitution network led by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell – particularly, an orgy with minors – have been the missing brick to fill him: King Charles III will soon force his departure from Royal Lodge, the residence of the Windsors’ 10-bedroom apartment in which he has lived since 2003, and will never be allowed to return to his duties for the Crown.

Until now, the Duke of York had rejected his brother’s requests to move to Frogmore Cottage, the residence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle before leaving for the United States, but the documents declassified by federal judge Loretta A. Preska push Charles III to force him, according to the British press. Andrés of England, who has been trying to rebuild his public image for years, appears named up to 69 times in the files published yesterday.

The testimony of Jane Doe 3 (identified as Virginia Giuffre) states that she was forced to have sexual relations with him on three different occasions and locations, including when she was 17 years old: Epstein ordered her to “give the prince” what he had asked for and that meant also her participation in “an orgy with many other underage girls” at the Litte Saint James mansion. The issue had been going on since Epstein’s own arrest, so much so that the Duke of York finally decided to give an interview on the BBC to explain that he had ended his friendship with the corrupt magnate and to deny the accusations Guiffre had already aired. And it was a complete mistake: if he enjoyed little credibility, that television appearance ended up burying him.

In 2021, Giuffre herself, currently living in Australia and a mother of three, filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Prince Andrew in New York, a matter that was resolved the following year with an out-of-court settlement of 10 million pounds. This allowed Isabel II’s son to maintain his version: he denied all the accusations and even knew the complainant. The queen, in any case, had already stripped him of the royal privileges, military titles and patronages of him as a member of the reigning family.
