The suburban train station in Majadahonda, one of the richest towns in Spain, is completely abandoned. Some neighbors have baptized it with the name “the station of horrors”, since its facilities, such as the four-story parking lot, are in a situation of total abandonment, reports Telemadrid.

Most of the walls and furniture are painted with graffiti, but that’s not the worst. The worst thing is that, for example, the parking lot lacks light, so at certain times, when night falls, it is scary to go get the vehicle. There are no light bulbs and the few that exist do not work. They have been stolen.

There are also no fire extinguishers and all the furniture is very dirty, there are even pools of water on the parking lot floor. Tiles have fallen from the walls and have not been replaced in many cases.

The City Council and residents are asking the central government for investments so that the station can return to a normal situation. Some neighbors report that bottles are made in these facilities, resulting in a lot of dirt. The elevator doesn’t work either. In short, infrastructure in a situation of total abandonment.
