The 70-year-old woman run over in Móstoles around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday along with her six-year-old granddaughter has died, the Madrid City Council has confirmed on the social network Twitter.
“We regret to report the death of the woman run over on UN avenue”, says the message published last night, in which the City Council expresses its regret to the relatives and informs that the Municipal Police of Mostola “continues with the investigation of this terrible accident”.
After the accident, the woman and her granddaughter were admitted with a very serious and serious prognosis, respectively, to the Puerta de Hierro and 12 de Octubre hospitals.
The woman, according to the emergency services, was found unconscious by the Summa 112 professionals and had multiple traumas, and the minor a femur fracture.
The driver of the vehicle that ran over these two people remained at the scene and the Municipal Police of Móstoles is conducting an investigation to find out the causes of the accident, municipal sources informed EFE.
