Almost four months after saying ‘I do’ at a spectacular wedding held in El Rincón, Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva could not be happier and more united. The couple seems to have already left the businessman’s infidelity to the Marchioness of Griñón at a music festival in the United States in the past and their plans together have once again gained ground. After a spectacular honeymoon and several getaways, the couple has traveled to a new destination: Copenhagen. There they enjoyed food from a prestigious and exclusive restaurant called Noma, run by chef René Redzepi.

One of the great passions that Tamara and Íñigo share is cooking. In fact, we were already able to see the good work of the Marquise de Griñón in the kitchen during her time on MasterChef Celebrity 4, a contest that she, by the way, won. But Tamara doesn’t just like cooking, she also likes trying the most exquisite dishes. And since another of her great passions is traveling… Why not combine both? That is why the couple traveled to Copenhagen, where they visited a renowned restaurant in the capital of Denmark.

“Finally we come to Noma, which has been a passion of ours for a long time… this restaurant, which is a standard in the kitchen,” revealed the Marchioness of Griñón on her public Instagram profile, writing from the Danish capital. . In her words, you could see the excitement of finally being able to go to one of the best restaurants in the world. Both Tamara and Íñigo have enjoyed the food of chef René Redzepi, who has three Michelin stars and number one on five occasions (2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2021) on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

“I am delighted with the beauty of this dish, because it looks like rock crystal and it is ice,” said Isabel Preysler’s daughter, totally amazed, from the establishment’s dining room. “There is a consommé left and it reminds me a little of melon soup,” she added about the pear juice she had just tried. In addition, both she and her husband have ‘snuck’ into the kitchen to show how the chefs cook. This is what they have shown on their respective profiles on Instagram.

The Noma restaurant is defined by being the maximum representative of Nordic haute cuisine. The cuisine is conditioned by each season and the local product, as well as by sustainability. Among its hallmarks are fermented foods and pickles. Dining there costs about 775 euros per person and, facing its next challenges, it is to reinvent itself in a giant laboratory dedicated to food innovation work and the development of new flavors. A challenge that, if achieved, Tamara and Íñigo will surely be delighted to meet.

The truth is that the couple is in a very good moment. If before passing through the altar, both already loved to travel, now they love to visit new horizons together. After their reconciliation last Christmas, they both traveled to the North Pole. Since their marriage, they have already traveled to destinations such as Prague, South Africa, Zambia, Haiti, Rome, Ibiza or Cádiz, among others. We will have to wait to find out what the next destination will be.
