Six people have been injured after the driver of a Municipal Transport Company (EMT) bus suffered a medical illness, which invaded the sidewalk and collided with a tree in the Embajadores roundabout, as reported by Emergencies Madrid.

After the illness arose, the EMT driver collided with the back of another bus, invaded the sidewalk in front of the Bath House, and ended up colliding with a tree.

Madrid City Council firefighters had to rescue the driver, who was trapped inside the vehicle.

In total, in addition to the driver, there have been five other injuries, one passenger and four pedestrians, all of them minor, who have been treated by Samur-PC and SUMMA 112.

Madrid Municipal Police have been in charge of carrying out the report, while Mobility agents regulate traffic in the area and the National Police collaborate.
