The young man had been a victim of harassment by seven high school classmates for two years, although it was in this new school year when he felt that his life was in danger. It has now been, after the student’s parents reported that he has a disability, that the Malaga Police have arrested the aggressors for an alleged crime against moral identity.
The boys used social networks to insult, humiliate and mock their partner, and they went so far as to create a chat on one of these networks where they included him, threatening to reveal his home address, a fact that they carried out, which caused him real terror to the victim.
The situation was reported by the victim’s guardians and the first investigations revealed that the events had occurred since the 2021/2022 school year, that the school had issued several reports on the matter and that some of those now being investigated were participants.
In the last episode, the agents concluded that the group of minors created a chat on a well-known social network, to which they added the victim as a participant with the intention of harassing, humiliating and threatening him, the Police reported this Tuesday in a statement. From the content of the conversations it has also been learned that, with the intention of mocking, several of the participants made false statements to deceive the victim.
After receiving threats about the intention to publish his address in the chat, these were carried out, a fact that distressed the minor, who feared for his life.
The victim, despite his high autonomy, has a disability, a fact that worries both his parents and the agents, because the situation suffered and repeated over time can represent a stagnation of his development.
The seven minors detained as presumed responsible for a crime against moral integrity were placed at the disposal of the Malaga Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, which subsequently ordered their release.
