Grupo Godó has communicated that as of May 1, Eulà lia Carbonell will join RAC1 and RAC105 as Managing Director of Radiocat XXI (publishing company of the stations), with the aim of improving the organization in the different areas of radio and obtaining a greater internal coordination and with the rest of the areas of the company.
Parallel to his incorporation, the creation of the new figure of Director of Contents has also been announced, which will be assumed by Xavi Pérez, as head of all radio and antenna programming.
Both positions will report to the Group’s General Business Director, Xavier de Pol. The direction of the radio is completed with Eli Sabanés in front of the Administration area, and the rest of the units and sections of the house: News (Joan Maria Morros), Sports (Joan LluÃs Garcia), Programs (Xavier Aymerich), RAC105 ( Albert Buscarons), Technical, Marketing (Emma MartÃnez) and Audiences, with their current managers.
The changes are framed in the context of the different organizational changes that the Godó Group has been carrying out in recent months. Óscar RodrÃguez, with extensive experience and trajectory in the Godó Group, was appointed as General Director of La Vanguardia last October.
Simultaneously, Abel Ãlvarez, until then controller of the Group, went on to direct the printing and distribution units. In the marketing area, Ivan Grau assumed the General Management of Godó Strategies at the beginning of 2023. And finally, Rafa López Jano was promoted as Managing Director of Mundo Deportivo in the month of January.
