A court in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) has ordered provisional detention for a man who took a 14-year-old boy home who had approached him to sell him tickets for an end-of-year trip and offered him 20 euros so that he could show him his member and give him a fellatio.

As reported by judicial sources this Thursday, the events occurred yesterday in Barberà del Vallès and this morning the judge sent the man to provisional prison.

The order of the judge that decreed provisional detention includes the story of the minor, who did not know the defendant although he had seen him once “in the neighborhood”, as well as a partial acknowledgment of the facts by the accused.

According to the minor, he approached the man, who was sitting in a bar, and offered to buy a raffle ticket for 3 euros to finance an end-of-year trip.

The defendant replied that he would buy him a number, but that he had to accompany him to his house because at that time he had no money on him.

Upon arriving at the portal, the man invited the minor to come into the home and he refused, but finally the man convinced him, insisting that it would only be a moment and that nothing would happen to him.

Once inside, the defendant offered the minor 20 euros in exchange for being taught by the member and performing fellatio, to which the minor refused.

Faced with the refusal, the man told him that he would not leave the house until he performed fellatio on him.

At that moment, the minor tried to escape and, despite the fact that he found the door locked, he managed to open it, go out into the street and reach a nearby beauty shop where he asked the clerk for help.

Before the police, the defendant, who is 40 years old and works as a masseur, acknowledged that he had taken the boy home and offered him 20 euros to show him his penis, but he qualifies that he asked him to do it only if it seemed to him well and denies that he asked her for fellatio and that she locked him in the house.

After the arrest of the police, this Thursday a hearing was held in which the Prosecutor’s Office has requested his entry into provisional prison, understanding that there are indications that the accused has committed a crime of corruption of minors and another of deprivation of liberty.

However, the judge has given credibility to the minor’s story, also taking into account that the defendant has partially recognized the facts and, considering these as serious and that, in his opinion, there is a risk of both escape and criminal reiteration, has decreed provisional detention for the defendant.

For his part, despite the fact that according to the individual there are “small inconsistencies” in the minor’s statement, he has acknowledged that “between the wine and the beer he went crazy and that he hates pedophiles, he doesn’t know why he did it.” did”.
