The president also took a moment to honor the history of West Point and its famous alum like Douglas MacArthur and Dwight D. Eisenhower. But the ceremony back then raised some eyebrows because the cadets had to come back to an area near a COVID-19 hotspot. Talk about risky business, right?

Vance made sure to mention that Trump is all about giving clear goals to U.S. soldiers, unlike those “undefined missions” and “open-ended conflicts” from before. Sounds like some serious stuff, right?
