This recipe is based on a base of stir-fried vegetables to which are added some fish meatballs. They can be frozen, fried or boiled, and included in multiple preparations, also adapting them to the seasonality of the ingredients. Enjoy!

The dish has been developed by the Fundació Alícia in one of the lines of action of the Strategic Food Plan of Catalonia (PEAC). In this case, in a program aimed at producers in the agri-food sector to support the needs of PIMES and small producers. The objective is to favor the improvement, innovation and development of its products and processes to make them more competitive in the market.
