Police said that a man who was accused of taking $3 million from the account of a woman in a brazen home invasion in San Francisco has been captured in Taiwan and is now back in California.
According to San Francisco County Jail records, Tianze Zhang, a 30-year old from Los Angeles was arrested Friday on suspicion for first-degree burglary and kidnapping in ransom.

Police said that the suspect fled with victim’s cell phones. They said that the victim sustained injuries in the home invasion.
San Francisco police stated that Zhang was found in Taiwan by burglary detectives with the assistance of the FBI and international law enforcement. He was then detained until city detectives could recover him.
According to the department, the case is still under investigation.
