Patricia Rite, known for her participation in Mujeres y Hombres y Viceversa in 2015, passed away this Sunday after four years of fighting skin cancer. It was her family who communicated the news through the social networks of the young woman, only 30 years old, where they shared a message in which they announced her death and took the opportunity to thank all those who have accompanied the Huelva in all this time.
“Today Patricia Rite has left us. Her mother and her relatives ask for respect in these hard times. Thanks to all the people who, in one way or another, have given her support and love during this time, directly or indirectly “.
Patricia was very active on social networks, from where she has documented all the details of her state of health in recent years. Last March, alarm bells went off among her followers, after the Huelva native announced the results of a CT diagnostic test, in which they informed her that the disease had spread.
The young woman shared the news of her worsening with her followers, confirming through tears in her eyes that her options were ending, as well as her treatments. Still, she tried to remain optimistic.
On April 5 was the last time that Patricia could be seen on social networks, where she explained that she was not feeling well after a “busy week” for which she had to be admitted: “We are going little by little”, revealing that He had not eaten for several days due to vomiting.
After communicating the news of her death, thousands of friends, colleagues and followers have wanted to show their support for the family and offer their condolences for the tragic loss of the young woman. Among others, her great friend Marina Ruiz, Omar Sánchez’s current partner and with whom she coincided in the program presented by Emma GarcÃa and who has been totally devastated when she found out the news; sharing an important lesson that Patricia left him.

The young woman, who left her native Huelva and moved to Madrid to study a master’s degree, ended up leaving the program a month later.
