All the knowledge of Nuclio Digital School, the training school specialized in the most in-demand digital profiles on the market, now has continuity with the launch of Nuclio Learning, the online course platform aimed at professionals seeking to improve their capabilities to evolve in their careers.

Led by Carles Merino, co-founder and CEO, and with Andrea Sánchez as Academic Director, Nuclio Learning has the support of the startup incubator promoted from Barcelona by the entrepreneur Carlos Blanco. Blanco himself is also a co-founder, along with Ernest Sánchez (co-founder and President) and Jared Gil (Partner and co-founder, and CEO of Nuclio Digital School).

Nuclio Learning focuses on the most useful learning for professionals in seven verticals: management, finance, marketing, human resources, sales, product and technology. One of Nuclio Learning’s greatest assets are its teachers, who share with the public “the knowledge that they themselves would have liked to know 5 or 10 years ago,” explains Carles Merino, co-founder and CEO.

Among the teachers are managers of prestigious brands, such as Alba Díaz (Senior Performance Specialist at Google), Víctor de la Fuente (eCommerce Strategy

Nuclio Learning takes a practical approach to its courses. To offer an example of Nuclio Learning’s way of thinking, in the course The art of selecting: methodology, technique and updating for Talent Acquisition professionals, by Fanny Pajarón (Coca-Cola Iberia), students learn the methodology that Pajarón herself continues in his day to day life. A method distilled from her own experience through 20 years of work in the Human Resources sector.

And all this expertise, summarized in a seven-hour course. Both this course and the others are recommended for professionals in the sector who already have some experience and want to improve their skills in order to promote their careers.

The main content of Nuclio Learning courses are the teachers’ video classes, which students must complete until they are finished. But the platform doesn’t stop there. The videos will be accompanied by specific tasks, extra materials that complement the course or annexes made by the expert teachers themselves to consolidate knowledge. At the end of the course, students will demonstrate everything they have learned through a final test from the same platform.

In addition, each student will receive with their registration to Nuclio Learning course notes and an official double diploma, from both Nuclio Learning and Nuclio Digital School, as well as the possibility of resolving doubts with the teaching team during the complete activation of the course.

At Nuclio Learning they consider that everyone is the owner of the time they can dedicate to continuous training. For this reason, the courses that are purchased are available for 12 months, so that each student can learn completely at their own pace. Likewise, the Nuclio Learning platform is multi-device and fully responsive, so that education does not depend on the device the user is using.

With six years of experience, Nuclio Digital School has managed to position itself among the three most important digital schools in Spain, which shows the great support that Nuclio Learning has. It has campuses in Barcelona and Madrid, as well as a digital campus and a campus project in Mexico.

Nuclio Digital School was born as an initiative of Nuclio Venture Builder, co-founded by Carlos Blanco. Only at the time of its launch, its 150 startups accelerated from Conector, as well as the 100 companies invested both as a business angel or from Encomenda Smart Capital by Blanco himself, expected to need more than 2,000 new incorporations in the next two years. All of these incorporations responded to profiles trained at Nuclio Digital School. Now, those professionals can continue improving their skills thanks to Nuclio Learning.
