Hulon Oxendine was last seen leaving the facility in a black wheelchair around 3 p.m. on Sunday. He is considered a missing endangered adult due to his medical conditions.

Oxendine, who is 6 feet tall, was wearing a T-shirt and pants of unknown colors at the time of his disappearance. He has dementia and suffers from seizures, and he did not take his seizure medication on the day he went missing.
