Miguel Bosé has faced a real nightmare this past weekend at his home in Mexico. The alarms have gone off this Monday when different Mexican and Spanish media have revealed that several hooded men had assaulted the home of the Spanish artist, while he and his two children were inside the house.
The newspaper TV Notas was one of the first outlets to report from Mexico on what happened. As revealed, the robbery had been carried out this past Friday, August 18. Several hooded men entered the house in the presence of Bosé and her children. The thieves demanded the artist to give them several of his belongings, such as jewelry and ornaments, a large amount of cash, and even demanded his own vehicle.
The criminals would have entered the home armed and with their faces covered to avoid being recognized. In addition, the hooded men would have asked the singer and his family “not to move” until everything was over. His two children, who were on the upper floor of the house, went down when they heard so much noise. His father sat them next to him and tried to reassure them at all times. Minutes later, the group of thieves left the house with all the loot.
After hours of uncertainty, the Spanish singer reappeared on his social networks, where he wanted to explain through a statement everything that had happened at his home. ”Dear friends, on Friday night a commando of 10 armed individuals broke into my home. They assaulted us, they tied up my children, the house staff and me for more than two hours. They took everything, car included. All very studied and millimeter. To make it short we are all fine. My children behaved like two admirable brave men,” he confessed.
”It was all very tense, delicate and unpleasant. This is the only version you should attend to. Things are being said that are not true as some people usually like. Thank you all for the support and constant concern shown but rest assured. To my neighbors in the urbanization and the first to arrive, a thousand heartfelt thanks,” he declared.
”And to those who speculate so much that after what happened that I am going to leave Mexico, I am very sorry to disappoint you, here I am and I will stay here to face whatever. In the most hospitable country on the planet. We continue…”, he concluded.
