Mexican television is mourning the death of one of its most beloved actresses and presenters, Verónica Toussaint. The comedian, also a comedian, died this Thursday at the age of 48 after a long fight against breast cancer that she has not been able to overcome. A piece of news that her own colleagues from the Imagen Televisión network, where she worked, were in charge of transmitting.
“We are informed that a few moments ago, at some point today, very young, after a long and hard battle of three and a half years, our dearest companion died,” reported presenter Ciro Gómez Leyva, visibly shaken and after interrupt an election news report.
