Maryland soldier surprises Spouse Only in time for his son's Arrival

After Alanna Hicks went into labour with her son on Jan.22, she anticipated no openings.

She had not ready for her husband, a soldier at the U.S. Army, to carry out the Ideal time-sensitive assignment to watch her giving birth to his son, Kannon

Pvt. Tyrell Hicks, who’s stationed at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, was granted leave in the Army so he can fly to Maryland and watch his wife gave birth.

Hicks was back on foundation Thursday night when his wife introduced”World News Tonight” to the new member of the loved ones.

“Just here introducing you to infant Kannon and to let you guys know that we have been overrun with love,” said Alanna Hicks. “The quantity of gratitude I have, to get my husband by my side, it was completely not expected .”

Alanna Hicks said she is thankful to everybody who helped pull off the shock.

“Shout from his troops and everybody that has been supporting us,” she explained.
