The 33rd edition of the Altaveu Festival will be held from September 9 to 11 in Sant Boi de Llobregat with the alternative rock group Lagartija Nick, who will present a tribute show to the Generation of 27, as one of the headliners of the event.

With the purpose of distancing itself from the “massive and commercial” circuits and supporting new talents, this year’s artistic proposal is “brave and risky”, the festival said in a statement.

In addition to Lizard Nick, another of the main attractions of the Altaveu is the revisitation of the mythical Pink Floyd album “The Dark Side of the Moon” by Marcel Bagés and David Soler or the exhibition dedicated to the photographer Alberto García-Alix, both productions Specials expressly designed for the festival.

There will also be room for the rock of Germán Salto and Th’Booty Hunters, the local and emerging electronica of b1N0, the Latin download of Papa Orbe and Los Ciencia del Sabor, the mix of folk, pop and rock by La Ludwig Band or the textures sounds of Gracià Pedro.

One of the novelties of the program is “Descobrint Altaveu”, where Carlota Flaneur and Mar Pujol will offer intimate concerts in a closer format after sharing a moment of conversation with the Altaveu team and the public.
