Julián Muñoz reappears arm in arm with Mayte Zaldívar

Julián Muñoz has been in the media spotlight in recent weeks, after setting off all the alarms with the news of his admission to a hospital in Malaga. The former mayor of Marbella suffered respiratory failure that kept him in a very serious condition in the medical center for several days. He confirmed it himself a few days ago, while walking around his house in the company of his granddaughter, who suffers from cancer. In the last few hours, he has been seen arm in arm with his ex-wife, Mayte Zaldívar, who is one of his greatest pillars in these delicate moments.

It was a few days ago when Julián revealed his illness. Dressed in a comfortable outfit and a cap to protect himself from the sun as he walked near a beach bar on Marbella’s seafront, he tried to show his characteristic good humor by raising his hand to greet reporters. “I have galloping cancer,” he revealed to those who were interested in his state of health, very emotional and on the verge of crying.

In the last few hours, Julián has gone out for a walk again, but he has done so accompanied: his ex-wife, Mayte Zaldívar. Precisely, it has been his ex-partner who has been giving some information about the state of health of the former politician during his last admission. However, she drew attention to the fact that they were both walking arm in arm.

Both grateful for the support they have been receiving since Muñoz requested voluntary discharge, the two refrained from making statements. The Fiesta program captured the moment during its broadcast this Saturday. On her side, collaborator Mónika Vergara called Zaldívar on the phone without knowing that the images would be broadcast live. “She says that Julián is as we are seeing. Obviously, she is going to be with Julián until the last day of her life,” she said, conveying the message from the ex-partner of the former mayor of Marbella.

On the other hand, she claimed that Zaldívar “takes care of everything” regarding her ex-husband’s life. “He does this for her daughters, because she cares a lot that her daughters are well. Furthermore, he thinks that he has been a good father,” said the collaborator. “They are shocking images because of how we see Julián Muñoz and because of everything that has happened between them. It makes me tender. Everything that has happened and they have gotten involved and, in the end, life has made them be together,” said the host of the program, Emma García.

Emma García’s program also broadcast the first images of Julián after leaving the hospital. “Will you let me? Please, will you let me? Thank you very much, very kind,” he snapped somewhat angrily at a journalist who was asking him about his state of health. However, in his last outings he has seemed somewhat calmer.
