With the arrival of the new year, many students are already beginning to face the last months of secondary school and plan what options they will take to develop their next university studies. For this reason, and in response to this concern, universities open their doors to show everything they offer in their academic catalogues, in anticipation of the conferences that are traditionally held in April.

This is a good opportunity to get to know the facilities of the various campuses that make up the universities and, above all, to discover the multiple options they have in each of them. In addition, it becomes an excellent opportunity to talk and interact with students who are currently studying those degrees and what their opinion is.

UB: From February 15 to 23

The University of Barcelona has set up a website where students can check the availability of visits and information in each faculty and affiliated centres. It is recommended to register for the in-person sessions that interest you the most through a form that appears in each degree description.

UAB: February 7 and 9 in person and February 9 online

The Autonomous University of Barcelona offers almost 400 talks over the three days. Two for in-person visits and one for virtual visits. In the case of the university based in Bellaterra (Cerdoanyola del Vallès), prior individual registration is necessary.

The UAB also has a website where you can find all the information on schedules and addresses to discover each of the careers it offers. There those interested will find a drop-down list by faculties with the degrees offered in each of them.

UPC: Between February and June

The calendar of dates proposed by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia is very broad, since it covers from February to June. Although the open house dates of Wednesday, February 14 and Saturday, April 20 stand out. On the website set up for the occasion, you can consult everything related to these talks and visits.

As in previous universities, the sessions are aimed at students of Baccalaureate and Higher Level Training Cycles, as well as families who wish to do so, and are intended to resolve doubts about the degrees that interest them and obtain information related to outings. professionals, international mobility, internships in companies and university life.
