It was last December when Andrea Ropero announced on her Instagram account that “a very special 2023” was coming to her house. It was not for less, because she was revealing that she was pregnant with what would be her second child together with her partner, the Biscayan presenter Iñaki López.

A second baby, a girl, who has already arrived in the world, to the delight of her parents and her little brother Roke, who at five years old assumes the category of the oldest in the house.

The alarms went off with the absence of the presenter of Better late from his daily evening appointment last Monday on the program, which he presents together with Cristina Pardo. In fact, it was his partner who was in charge of explaining his absence that afternoon, giving the good news.

“We send them a very big kiss. They are all fine; Andrea, gorgeous, Iñaki… as always. We are very happy for them, that they enjoy it. Now instead of one there are two, twice as much… everything”, he said, adding that “We can finally say that Iñaki is missing work for a good reason, not like up to now,” Pardo joked, referring to the health problems that have kept his partner away from the cameras until just a few weeks ago .

Greater Wyoming did the same from El Intermedio, a program in which Andrea Ropero collaborates, who together with Sandra Sabatés revealed the name chosen for the little girl in the house: Jara.

Jara, a name of Slavic origin that refers to spring and sweetness. The name, in general, comes from the dedication to Our Lady of the Rockrose, which is venerated, especially in the city of Huesca, so called because its sanctuaries are found in places where rockrose (a green shrub) abounds. ). Andrea Ropero is from Binaced, a small town in the province of Huesca.

The love story between Andrea Ropero and Iñaki López began in 2016, when they both worked on La Sexta Noche. Seven years later, they are still as in love as the first day and with two children, who are already witnesses of that love.
