Gather all the required documentation, go to the bank with it, realize that we are missing documents (a classic), have to request them from the corresponding organization or company, return to the bank, deal with abusive clauses, wait days to obtain an answer… Requesting a loan is, without a doubt, one of the longest and most tedious processes that we end up going through sooner or later when we need immediate financing, both for personal and family projects.

If before the pandemic we already knew that time is gold (or rather, rhodium, currently with a much higher value than gold), the great dress rehearsal that confinement meant to buy or do some online banking operations became a paradigm shift in consumer behavior.
