The Local Police of Chipiona lived last week possibly one of the most surreal moments in its history. As explained in a post shared on Facebook, a client of a nightclub asked some agents if they could keep a bag of cocaine for him, since the doormen prohibited him from entering with the drug, according to the newspaper La Rioja.

The man called the police to tell what happened. “A client calls us from the door of a nightclub who claims that they do not let him in. Asked for the reason, the same requester affirms indignantly that they do not let him in because he is carrying the whitish powder-like substance that he shows us,” they have explained in networks .

Immediately afterwards, the agents proceed to ask the man for the DNI, who gives it to them without question. What’s more, the man even takes the opportunity to ask the same agents to keep the bag of the narcotic substance for him to see if that is how he was allowed to enter the disco. “Real anecdote of those in which you are looking for the hidden camera,” the agents wrote.

“Indeed, the boy, after receiving the refusal to enter, returned to his companions and kindly requested that his bag with his white powder be returned to him. No, man, no… what is given is not taken away: denounced for possession of narcotics and sending the substance to the Institute of Toxicology”, details the Local Police of Chipiona.

The client may face a penalty of between 601 and 30,000 euros, as stated in Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security. A fine that you will receive after the administrative sanction proposed by the agents for drug possession. It is not considered a crime, but it is an infraction.
