Contact the Lost Property Office and request an appointment. There are two ways to apply:
In the office they will look for the lost object. All objects or documents delivered to the Lost Property Office are classified and documented with smart labeling.
Through the contact channels with the Lost Property Office, you can also cancel or consult the requested appointment.
You can deposit them in the Lost Property Office, requesting an appointment by the two routes mentioned above.
Another way to get lost objects is to deliver them to any office of the Urban Police or patrols of the body that are on public roads.
While waiting for someone to claim them, the lost objects and documents are kept for a period of six months in the office warehouse, as determined by article 542-22 of Law 5/2006 of the Civil Code of Catalonia.
Once this period has elapsed and if no one claims their property, the person who found the object has 30 days to recover it. In this case, this person has to show the receipt issued by the office at the time she delivered the object.
The person concerned or a person acting on behalf of the person who owned or found the object. In this case, it is necessary to present a signed authorization.
