Crump said death the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act is another step”to protect against some of those unnecessary killings.”
Philonise Floyd stated,”I am just happy that we’ll have the chance to cement his legacy, and the George Floyd Policing Act is going to be passed, since people’s blood is on this invoice. And these individuals, they will need to have justice to what happened to their families”
In terms of another three officers charged in relation to George Floyd’s departure, Philonise Floyd added ABC’s”The View” Wednesday,”They have to be held liable, as, if the roles had been reversed, then that is what could happen to me”
“Whenever you commit a crime, all men and women that are there, if be held liable,” he explained. “They should be wrapped up together because my brother is doing time at the floor, and all of them have to do time in a mobile.”
