Agents of the National Police have deployed this Thursday morning an operation in Algeciras (Cádiz) against money laundering from drug trafficking in which they have arrested, so far, four detainees.

As reported by the National Police, the actions began at 6:00 a.m., to dismantle a criminal organization that has been operating in the area for years, with more than 50 agents deployed throughout the town and where three searches have been carried out. domiciliary.

The detainees are already in the Detainee Custody Area of ??the Algeciras Police Station waiting for the procedures to be carried out to be placed at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.

This operation arises after the Civil Guard intervened in Trebujena (Cádiz) with a large amount of logistical material intended to supply the crew of the drug boats, valued at more than 10,000 euros, when it was being transported in a van by two people.
