This Wednesday the fog reached the elevated area of Lluçanès and almost reached the mountain of Munts which, with 1057 meters, is the highest point of this sub-region.
I have captured this photograph among the spreading fog in Sant Agustà de Lluçanès, where an arch crowned the road, as we see in The Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia.
A little later, already in Sant Bartomeu del Grau, I have made a video with another arch that has appeared in this other location.
Normally the fog does not rise to this area and when it appears in this place, it is specifically known as “Boira Lluçanesa”.
Lluçanès is of great beauty, with its rural landscape. With the mist dispersing and the sun at our backs, an arc sometimes forms. It is like a rainbow but white, as can be seen in these images.
