Nearly three dozen families residing at a Vista RV Park have been served eviction notices by a nonprofit organization set to take over the property at the start of the upcoming year. The families, who have called the Green Oak Ranch home, were given until December 1 to vacate the premises.
One of the residents, John Lamb, shared his dismay at the situation, highlighting the fact that many families have lived at the RV park for years. For him, the sudden eviction notice between Thanksgiving and Christmas raises questions about compassion and empathy.

On the other hand, Solutions for Change, the nonprofit organization set to take over the property, expressed interest in operating an RV park on the site in the future. However, they emphasized the importance of adhering to the law and prioritizing their core programs over other services.
