The German food delivery company Delivery Hero and its Spanish subsidiary Glovo have been the subject of an inspection by the antitrust regulators of the European Commission due to an alleged cartel between several companies in the sector.
The Barcelona firm Glovo assured yesterday that it is collaborating with the process and the authorities. According to Reuters, the investigation does not affect competitors such as Just Eat Takeaway, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Bolt, Wolt, Doordash Gorillas and Flink.
